Are the pricing bands fixed or estimates?

They are indicative bands. Exact fees are scoped after the diagnostic, based on business size, data availability, and the specific Hexagram pillars being rebuilt. International clients may be billed in USD at equivalent rates.

Do I have to commit to a retainer to start?

No. Most clients start with the free diagnostic or a one-time Hexagram Audit. A retainer only makes sense once the diagnostic shows where the work actually is.
