AI MARKETING CONSULTANT, INDIA

What "GenAI-first"
actually means here.

Not a chatbot bolted onto an old workflow. A founder-directed practice with a named bench of specialised AI agents, one per marketing discipline, and human review on everything before it reaches a client.

THE OPERATING MODEL, NOT A SLOGAN

Every marketing team in India now has a ChatGPT licence. Almost none of them have an AI strategy. The difference between bolting a chatbot onto an unchanged workflow and building AI-native architecture is the difference between a productivity trick and a structural advantage.

At ADG Advisory, "GenAI-first" describes the operating model, not a single tool. Abhiraj Das Ghosh, founder and Fractional CMO, sets strategy and is personally accountable for every engagement. Alongside him is a named bench of specialised AI agents, each one scoped to a single discipline inside The Hexagram framework: strategy and positioning, SEO and content, paid media and analytics, CRO, growth and BD, sales and GTM, copywriting, and research and documentation. No account managers, no anonymous junior team, no unscoped "AI does everything" claim.

The specialists are named and documented publicly on the Team page. Nothing they produce reaches a client without the founder reviewing it first.

THE STACK, NAMED

Not one vendor. A stack, chosen per task.

"GenAI-first" is not a single-tool claim. Here is what the practice actually runs on.

LANGUAGE MODELS

  • Claude (primary, heaviest use)
  • Grok
  • Gemini
  • Gemma
  • NVIDIA Nemotron
  • Qwen
  • Kimi

Model choice depends on the task. No single vendor runs the whole practice, which is deliberate: different models suit different work, and a single-vendor dependency is a business risk we do not take on for clients.

CONTENT AND PRODUCTION

  • HyperFrames
  • Nano Banana
  • ElevenLabs

Named tools for video, image, and voice production inside the Vision and Signal pillars, not an unspecified "AI-generated content" claim.

DEVELOPMENT

  • Claude Code
  • Cursor

The tooling used to build and maintain the ADG Advisory site and internal systems.

THE HONEST SPLIT

Where AI helps, and where it does not

WHAT THE AI BENCH DOES

  • First-pass research: keyword research, audience and competitor mapping
  • First drafts: content, copy, ad variations, reporting summaries
  • Structured audits: SEO, CRO, funnel, and campaign diagnostics
  • Operational documentation: meeting notes, task tracking, briefs

WHAT STAYS WITH THE FOUNDER

  • The strategic call on what the business should actually do
  • Client-specific judgement no general model has context for
  • Review and sign-off before anything reaches a client
  • Accountability for the outcome, not just the deliverable
QUESTIONS ABOUT THE AI MODEL

What founders ask about the AI layer

What does "AI marketing consultant" mean at ADG Advisory?

It means the practice is built AI-first at the operating-system level, not that AI replaces strategic judgement. Abhiraj Das Ghosh sets the strategy and is personally accountable for every engagement. Execution across each Hexagram pillar is handled by a named bench of specialised AI agents he built and directs, with human review before anything reaches a client.

Which AI models and tools does ADG Advisory actually use?

A named, multi-model stack rather than a single vendor: Claude is the primary and heaviest-used language model, alongside Grok, Gemini, Gemma, NVIDIA Nemotron, Qwen, and Kimi for specific tasks. Content and production run through HyperFrames, Nano Banana, and ElevenLabs. Development and internal tooling run on Claude Code and Cursor.

Which parts of the work does AI actually do?

The named specialist bench (documented on our Team page) handles first-pass execution within a single discipline each: SEO and content research, keyword and audience research, paid media diagnostics, CRO audits, copywriting drafts, and operational documentation. Strategic direction, client judgement calls, and anything that reaches a client is set and reviewed by the founder.

Is this just ChatGPT with extra steps?

No. The agents are scoped to a single discipline, work from documented business context rather than a generic prompt, and nothing they produce reaches a client without human review. AI provides throughput. It does not provide judgement; that is what the founder is for.

Can AI replace a marketing team?

Not the judgement layer. AI can meaningfully compress the time between diagnosis and first draft, execution research, and reporting. It cannot replace the strategic call on what a business should actually do, or the accountability for that call being right. Practices that claim otherwise are usually describing a productivity tool, not a strategy function.

What is the difference between a marketing agency using AI tools and a GenAI-native practice?

Most agencies bolt AI tools onto an unchanged workflow: the same campaigns get built slightly faster, with a chatbot drafting copy a human still has to fix. A GenAI-native practice redesigns the operating model around named, scoped AI agents handling first-pass execution per discipline, freeing the human operator to spend their time on diagnosis, judgement, and client-specific context.

Where can I see how the AI specialist bench is structured?

On the ADG Advisory Team page. It names each specialist, the discipline they own within The Hexagram framework, and makes clear the founder builds, directs, and is accountable for all of them.
