1. Who we are

2. What we collect

We collect only the information you choose to give us, or that is necessary to run the website:

• Contact and diagnostic form data: name, email address, company, role, and message. This is used to respond to enquiries and to send the Hexagram Diagnostic Gap Map.
• Lead-magnet signups: name and email address, used to deliver the requested asset and the optional nurture sequence.
• Analytics data: page views and events through Google Analytics 4 and the Meta Pixel, when those services are active. This data is aggregated and anonymised where possible.
• Technical data: IP address, browser type, and device information, captured by our hosting provider and security systems for rate limiting and abuse prevention.

3. How we use your information

• To reply to enquiries and manage client relationships.
• To deliver the Hexagram Diagnostic results and lead-magnet assets by email.
• To understand how visitors use the site and improve content.
• To prevent spam, abuse, and unauthorised access.

We do not sell your personal data. We do not use your data to train AI models. Email addresses added to our Resend audience can be unsubscribed at any time.

4. Legal basis for processing

For visitors in India, processing is based on your consent (when you submit a form) or on our legitimate interest in operating the website securely and responding to business enquiries. We aim to align with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, principles of purpose limitation, data minimisation, and storage limitation.

5. Third-party services

We use a small number of third-party services to run the site and communications:

• Resend for email delivery and audience management.
• Upstash Redis for rate limiting and nurture-sequence state.
• Vercel for hosting and serverless functions.
• Google Analytics 4 and Meta Pixel for analytics and attribution, active only when the corresponding environment variables are configured.

Each provider processes data under its own privacy policy and, where applicable, data processing addendum.

6. Data retention

Form submissions and email correspondence are retained for as long as necessary to manage the business relationship, or until you ask us to delete them. Analytics data is retained according to the policies of Google and Meta. Rate-limit data is automatically deleted within hours.

7. Your rights

You can ask us to:

• Confirm what personal data we hold about you.
• Correct inaccurate information.
• Delete your data, where the law allows.
• Withdraw consent for marketing emails.
