Pandit Bickram Ghosh

Pandit Bickram Ghosh is one of India's foremost tabla players and percussionists, with a career spanning decades of performance and collaboration across classical and contemporary music. His social media presence had gone largely dormant, and ADG Advisory was brought in as the strategic driver behind reviving it for a cultural and media landscape that had shifted considerably since it was last active.

THE BRIEF

The accounts needed more than a posting schedule. The brief was to restore relevance for an artist whose audience, and the platforms they were on, had changed since the accounts were last tended to, and to do it in a way that produced real conversation rather than passive scrolling past old content. Enquiries needed to come from genuine audience engagement, not be manufactured through vanity metrics.

THE WORK

ADG Advisory rebuilt the content strategy and ran paid campaigns alongside it to revive both dormant profiles. The work prioritised meaningful conversation over reach for its own sake, using content built around his performances, collaborations, and standing in the tabla tradition to re-engage a lapsed audience and bring in new listeners. Both the Facebook and Instagram profiles have since been verified by their respective platforms on merit, not through purchased verification, a marker of the credibility the rebuilt presence re-established.
