Bazoki
App Growth and AI-Assisted Performance Marketing
Visit Bazoki →Bazoki is a hyperlocal app for bazaar staples, vegetables, fish, and chicken, operating in West Bengal. The engagement has run continuously since the app launched, with the mandate shifting as the business matured: first prove the app was worth downloading, then prove the installed base would actually buy.
The brief
Building an install base cost-efficiently was the first problem: every install needed to earn out against a wafer-thin basket size, so cost per install could not be allowed to drift the way awareness-only app campaigns typically do. Once the base was large enough, the brief shifted: convert installs and app opens into repeat purchases, without starting the acquisition cost problem over from zero.
The work
ADG Advisory ran Bazoki's app install and awareness campaigns across West Bengal, holding cost per install to ₹29.99 across 176,050 installs and 37.7 million reach, a scale most quick-commerce app budgets cannot sustain without cost creep. As the installed base grew, campaign mix shifted toward purchase-intent formats: Advantage+ Shopping campaigns, add-to-cart and in-app purchase retargeting, and AI-generated ad variations tested against each other continuously rather than run to a fixed creative brief. Audience profiles were rebuilt on the same AI-assisted workflow ADG runs under its own Intelligence pillar, so targeting kept pace with which segments were actually converting, not just which segments were cheapest to reach.
